SIMONA HALEP: It was a tough match. She's just playing really well, but I'm happy that I could finish. It was important that I could fight till the end and to finish with the victory.

Q. You were rain delayed from yesterday. How did you manage?
SIMONA HALEP: It's not easy to wait when it's raining, but we are in the same situation so I don't complain and I don't find excuses.

I managed well, because today I could win. I'm just happy about that.

Q. What will you do to prepare for the next match?
SIMONA HALEP: Just resting. I will have a stretch, a little bit treatment, and then I will see what I can do in the afternoon.
