Q. How does it feel?

NANCY LOPEZ: Wonderful. It is awesome. This is the best thing that can ever happen. I'm so proud of my team. They did a great job.

Q. Any word for the Europeans? They fought so very hard.

NANCY LOPEZ: We've always loved the Europeans. They work so hard, they play hard, and they fought hard. We appreciate that they come here to play with us, and it was great.

Q. Any comment on the fans?

NANCY LOPEZ: The fans have been unbelievable. This team, I could have had 12 better players. They worked so hard, and they wanted to win this cup back, and they got it.

Q. The rookies, they all played great, with 8 points.

NANCY LOPEZ: The rookies are awesome. They are the future of the LPGA Tour. They have to go on with it and keep this going and stay as they are.

Q. What does this mean to you?

NANCY LOPEZ: It's the best thing that's ever happened to me.

Q. Are there enough tissues?

NANCY LOPEZ: Probably not. I kind of wipe my sleeve once in a while instead of using a tissue.
