Q. There was a lot of offsides calls today. From your perspective, what do you think the defensive line was seeing or hearing, causing that to happen?

TJ QUINN: They were just giving us a lot of hard count. But as far as just -- we just have to watch the ball and just get in a rhythm and know that we've just got to watch the ball and we can't make those kind of mistakes and have as many offsides penalties as we had today.

Q. How disappointing is this after the win against Clemson and a week off?

TJ QUINN: It's just disappointing because I know we're way better than what we put out there today. We've just got to come tomorrow and fix our mistakes and get ready for the next game.

Q. Is there any particular reason why you don't feel like you all played your best?

TJ QUINN: I don't feel like it's just one reason, but today we just made too many mistakes. When you make that many mistakes, the other team is going to find a way to capitalize off of it.

Q. Do you feel like the team was locked in after the Clemson game and a week off?

TJ QUINN: Yeah, that was a big emphasis. We had two weeks to prepare for Stanford, so I feel like it wasn't worrying about Clemson no more because we always talk about we've got to move on to the next game.

Q. What did you see from Ashton Daniels as a runner?

TJ QUINN: We knew he was going to run the ball. That was one of the main emphases that Stanford do, they run their quarterback, so I feel like when you give him as many opportunities as we did, he's going to find a way to make a play.

Q. Was there anything that Mosley, their big receiver -- he didn't do a ton against you guys but had 13 catches. Were they doing anything to get him open?

TJ QUINN: I feel like they were just trying to put him in the right spot and running the right plays for him to be available. I feel like when it's your best receiver to target, I feel like they did a good job doing that today, but as far as the defense, I feel like I trust my guys, and I'm going to bet on them every time. We've just got to clean up the little stuff.
