Q. It seemed like a really tough afternoon out there for all of the group in general. What were some of the difficulties that you found out there on this course?

NELLY KORDA: Just the greens. We're playing on poa in the afternoon, and you start to see a lot of footsteps. Those short putts, if you don't hit it solid or even if you do, they just don't go in. That's the unfortunate thing about poa.

Q. Turning things around a little bit, your long game has been on a trend of an upward slope; it's been improving. How close do you feel we are to seeing a Nelly Korda that you want to see out there?

NELLY KORDA: I actually hit it really good today. My caddie Jason and I were actually talking about it, that this is the best I've probably hit it in a while, even with my driver. I think I just missed one fairway, and that was with a 3-wood on 11. But overall I think I'm not in a rush. Obviously I want to perform the best that I can, but if I'm seeing it continuously get better, I think that's the main goal where I'm comfortable with competition during rounds.

I think I hit it pretty solid today, and just kind of didn't get a couple of the putts in.
