Q. What a day. You had an ace on the card today. Tell me about that golf shot and what was your reaction when it found the bottom of the cup?

I.K. KIM: Well, that hole was left-to-right wind and then the pin was on the left. It's one of I think the toughest pin positions, and I just focused on landing the front of the green about like 10 on. It was carrying 63, 163, that was my 5-iron, and it looked promising and then it looked pretty good, and then just went in.

Q. What was your reaction? Were you just totally shocked or did you act like you'd been there before?

I.K. KIM: That was my 10th hole-in-one, so I've made a hole-in-one before, but I think it was really kind of much-needed hole-in-one today.

Q. With that ace, you get to make a $20,000 donation via CME to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital. What does it mean to you to be able to contribute to childhood cancer research in that way?

I.K. KIM: It's really wonderful. It's just -- I think we've got to thank sponsors who's donating their money to a good cause, and it's always kind of nice for me to be involved in such things like that.
