Q. Can you describe the kickoff return? What was going on, and what allowed you to get free and go the distance?

ANTHONY WATKINS: With the kickoff return, basically, I went out and, I mean, we've been talking about it as a unit. We've been saying that we want to actually make something happen because I guess it hasn't happened in a couple years.

And we just have to believe in ourself. So I told them they got me, I got them. And we're going to make it happen. And I'm going to make it happen for them. And that's what I did. And it was great. I ain't had a kickoff return since high school. So everything felt wonderful in that moment.

Q. What do you like about returning kickoffs? What is it about those moments that you're like I want to do that?

ANTHONY WATKINS: Scoring.

Q. This is a good night for you in that regard?

ANTHONY WATKINS: Yeah. Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am.

Q. What happened on your long run, 78 yards? You were so close to getting to the end zone.

ANTHONY WATKINS: I thought I had it. But I ran out of gas, you know. But I'm going to work on that starting at practice and at least make it happen into the end zone this time.

Q. This is a game that, you know, when Navy's out there and they have those eight-minute drives, what is it like for you guys on offense? You're probably just itching to go back out there?

ANTHONY WATKINS: Yeah. We want to be out there. But we've just got to take advantage whenever we are on the field. It don't matter, like, taking all the time or less time, we've just got to take advantage of everything that we do. That's just with any team though.
